Coming out of a long depression

I’m coming out of my sputa.

Like a butterfly blossoming, emerging from its cocoon pupa.

Coming out and walking into the light,

and this time I know ‘my time is right.’

Coming out of a long lost depressions,

for I now can see the clouds a-lifting,

and I’m looking around and seeing things in a different way.

Finally I can say; “I can see hopes ray.”

And ‘hope’ is what I’m longing for,

‘hope’ is precisely what I’ve been missing,

and so all things ‘sad’ are melting away,

melting away, melting away.

Yes, it’s finally all ending,

and I’m coming out of a long lost depression.
