You never think it's going to happen to you

You never think it's going to happen to you.

You never think your gonna trip.

You never think your gonna die.

Well not today anyway!!!

And so we take the risks we do,

we live the life we need to live

and dive into life as if there was ‘no tomorrow.’

And the young especially throw caution to the wind.

When you’re young your whole life is ahead of you.

There is no danger, there is no sin.

There is no thinking, “where you’ve been,”

There’s only today, (glorious wonderful eternal today) and,

you never think it's going to happen to you.

And well might it be the case,

you might actually die today,

you might have a fall.

But we never think this way!
